The Natural Light story began in 2018 when we started looking for an alternative to traditional wedding favours. During my childhood I would make candles with my father as gifts and I took inspiration from those enjoyable days. After the success of the candles as wedding favours our guests continued asking where they could get more of them. This showed us there was a growing market for natural candles and so we decided to launch Natural Light. For as long as I can remember I have always been passionate about design and aesthetics. My academic and professional background is in Fine Art giving me an insight into style and elegance. Whilst developing Natural Light we began exploring alternatives to buying the traditional wax counterparts. I was concerned about the impact that buying paraffin wax candles had on the air quality in our home and we were keen to investigate a purer natural substitute.
